CLINICS
British National Riding Club's One Day Event Individual Champion on Hayfield
Gladiator, who he trained himself in 1976. |
|
|
Twenty years on
Still in the saddle on Hayfield Mystry
at Scone Palace
Individually placed at the Caledonian Championships. |
John's lessons and clinics are good fun. They may
seem light hearted but he gets results. His experience and teaching
skills allow him to quickly asses his pupils, their abilities and their
potential. He then works with them to overcome problems and develop
their natural talents. Although easy on riders who lack confidence, he is not
slow to set challenges for riders and horses who are able. In this way all
riders progress in line with their abilities and riders feel a sense of
achievement which can be seen by the end of their course.
You can either attend courses Hayfield
which is Equiworlds main base in Scotland or John will happily come
to you as he enjoys travelling to different countries to teach.
If you arrange a group/ clinc whether at Hayfield or your place
there is always a discount given which might mean you go free or
you can pass it on to the group..
Although he lives a fairly simply
life being a non smoker and a moderate drinker, he is always happy
to join in with pre-clinic fun and social events.
Sharing his experiences with his pupils has resulted in their many
successes in competition
Right: Indoor Polo success.
