KING ON TOUR

The nation’s favourite event rider, Mary King, will be giving talks at the Athenaeum in Bury St Edmunds on Wednesday, 20th February 2002 and the Barnsdale Lodge Hotel at Rutland Water, Nr. Oakham on Tuesday, 26th February 2002 for a one night special courtesy of Strongid-P and CWG, the leading equestrian retailer in the East and Central Midlands.

A heroine and inspiration to thousands of riders around the country, Mary King is one of the most successful Event riders ever. Mary is the current Badminton Champion having won that event once before in 1992. In addition she has won every major Three Day Event in this country including Bramham, Windsor and Burghley and has been the National Champion on three occasions. Mary has won team gold medals at three European Championships and an individual Bronze at the Europeans in Ireland in '91 along with team Gold at the World Equestrian Games in The Hague in '94.
