HorseWorld Launches Corporate Membership Scheme

HorseWorld, the leading equine welfare charity and visitor attraction in the Southwest, has launched a corporate membership scheme. The scheme allows employees of participating companies to gain free entry to HorseWorld's Visitor Centre and enjoy a great family day out.

Corporate Membership starts at just £100, which admits one employee and their family to HorseWorld's Visitor Centre each day. James Cretney, Chief Executive of HorseWorld said "Not only does this mean that a company gets an affordable benefit for its employees but it is also great way for the company to support our work with neglected and mistreated horses".

The Visitor Centre is a great family day out. Visitors can meet some of the 300 horses, ponies and donkeys cared for by HorseWorld and learn some of their special stories. Children can groom the Miniature Shetlands, get close-up and personal with the rabbits or have fun in the Indoor Play Barn or outdoor horseplay area. There is also a licensed restaurant, a souvenir gift shop, picnic area, a Museum of the Horse and a theatre showing a film about our rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing work. In 'Noah's Ark', an area of small farm animals, you can meet Portia the pot bellied pig or numerous other animals such goats, cows, ducks and even chipmunks!

James Cretney of HorseWorld, said "The scheme is really working well and seven companies have already joined since we launched corporate membership two weeks ago, which is just fantastic. It really is great to know so many companies are willing to help us and give their staff such a great benefit too"
