Dressage Committee Selects Competitors For 2002 USA Junior Dressage Team Championship Presented by Cosequin®

The USA Equestrian Dressage Committee has selected the competitors for the 2002 USA Junior Dressage Team Championship to be held August 15 - 18, 2002 and hosted by Dressage at Devonwood in Portland, Oregon. This event, now in its 6th year and proudly sponsored by Cosequin®, showcases some of the most talented young dressage riders in the country today. This event has again been designated as a USA Junior Olympic - Equestrian event. After a record 49 Applications of Intent were received, 37 riders were able to fulfill the selection criteria during the year-long qualifying period. The top five scores for each horse/rider combination were averaged to determine the final placings. The top twelve riders and two alternates are listed below:
