Free Style- Nationwide Campaign to Promote Amateur and Youth Polo
Sarasota, FL -- Great World Polo announced here today that it is launching
a nationwide campaign to promote amateur and youth polo. The campaign
is called Polo Free Style--free as in it doesn’t cost anything
to try your hand at the sport of polo.
On
Saturday, May 29, 2004, polo clubs throughout North America will
be holding a FREE one-day polo clinic for anyone who wants to try
polo. The event is designed to get new players hooked on the sport
at the beginning of the North American summer polo season.
Participating
clubs will receive promotional materials such as eye-catching posters,
colorful flyers, ad slicks, and a press kit for local media. National
media coverage is being arranged by Great World Polo.
Teaching
materials and educational handouts will be provided to participating
clubs at no additional charge. Great World Polo can also provide
horses, instructors, equipment, and tack.
Any
USPA® member club may participate. The cost is only $50 per
