Two Awards for Zebra Products

Zebra Products Limited, supplier to the equestrian trade of high quality European products, has won two awards at the UK's leading equestrian trade event, BETA. The exclusive Amerigo brand was judged "Highly Commended" in the New Products Award for its Vespucci Bridle. Ruth Friend, who is sponsored by Lucinda Green Clothing, beat off strong competition to win the Sponsored Rider Award.

The Sponsored Rider Award is judged on the rider's contribution to the brands that sponsor them. This may include reporting on interest at events and providing feedback on products to assist in their improvement. Winning this award is testament to Ruth's commitment to her sponsors and a demonstration of the great working relationship that can exist between sponsor and athlete.

Since its first appearance at BETA four years ago, Zebra Products has increased its brand portfolio to five, including Amerigo, Lucinda Green Clothing, Kentucky Clothing, Konigs Boots and new arrival, Kyra K. Brands were supported by guest appearances from their sponsored riders. Jeanette Brakewell, Carl Hester, Cindy Rawson, Lucy Wiegersma and Ruth Friend who joined Lucinda Green and Kyra Kyrklund on the Zebra stand to answer customer questions about the products they represent.

Simon Middleton, Sales & Marketing Director, Zebra Products said, "Zebra has had a consistently good experience at BETA, but this year we exceeded all expectations. Orders came flooding in, with particular interest from Ireland and other overseas clients. We were very pleased with an order from Harrods for Lucinda Green Clothing and a range of Amerigo products."

Each of the five brands represented by Zebra launched new ranges at BETA 2004, with Lucinda Green Clothing, and new-comer Kyra K, both showcasing new collections. Konigs launched an off-the-peg front-fastening Dressage boot and Kentucky profiled their re-designed classic competition clothing. Amerigo launched a competitively-priced saddle range and their highly-commended Vespucci bridle.

Zebra's impressive and welcoming stand at BETA 2004 was eight times the size of its stand four years ago. The increase in size is testament to the growth and popularity of its collections. As usual, the stand included a bar for the refreshment and relaxation of customers, which proved extremely popular.
