From May 6 until 9, the Southwest Circuit begins with the Suedwest Cup 2004 at Kreuth (Oberpfalz). The show was transferred to Bavaria last year for the first time. It is known to be the highlight of the very popular Circuit organized by bk-sportmarketing. This year, there are even more classes and more attractive prizes than before.

There are four AQHA/DQHA shows (among them even working cowhorse) plus the NSBA shows. Showmanager Uwe Bader (bk-sportmarketing) hired an international team of judges: Simone DeGeus (Belgium), Tanja Hermann-Bratek (Germany), Janette Steffl (Italy), Sylvia Katschker (Austria) as well as the Americans Bill Englund, Johnny Lake, Kenny Hall and Brian Holmes. The prize money is EUR 20,000.--, among it the EUR 5,000.-- Western Pleasure Trophy and the EUR 2500,-Hunter under Saddle Trophy. Considering the prizes for the Southwest Circuit Champions there should be a considerable number of competitors from Germany and other European countries.
