Following
their meeting on 8th January 2003 the Stewards of the British
Show Jumping Association imposed the following penalties:-
Mrs
Sarah Thomas, Llandysul, Dyfed
Mrs
Thomas was fined £500, Reprimanded and Cautioned as to her
future behaviour.
Mrs
Thomas was found to have registered and competed the pony Tremenyn
Flyaway in the knowledge that she had previously registered the
animal in the name of Chestnut Flyer, thereby contravening Rules
82.13, 82.16 and 82.11.
Also,
that Mrs Thomas failed to notify the Association with regard to
the disposal of Tremenyn Farmers Boy, Fairywood Royalist, Mount
Pleasant Centurious and loan of Midnight Moonlight, in accordance
with Rule 52.
