Irish Sport Horse Selection for FEI World Breeding Showjumping Championships for Young Horses, Lanaken, Belgium September 25th to 28th 2003.

The final selection of Irish Sport Horses chosen to represent the Irish Sport Horse Studbook at the FEI World Breeding Showjumping Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken, Belgium this September has been completed following Dublin and Millstreet shows.

The Irish Sport Horse Studbook quota is five horses in each of the 5, 6 and 7 year old categories. The top three horses from both the 5 year old and 6 year old national championships and the top two horses in the seven year old category at the Dublin Show are automatically selected for Lanaken. The remaining two horses in the
5 and 6 year old categories, and the remaining three horses in the seven year old category are selected following Millstreet show.
