The show will take audiences on a journey back in time to ancient Rome, to the court of King Arthur, on to the wild west for a real cowboy experience, over to Europe for a glimpse of classical beauty on horseback, and into outback Australia for some true "Sunburnt Country" music, horsemanship and adventure.

Renowned American performer, TAD GRIFFITH, riding star of films such as "The Mask of Zorro" and The Patriot", will execute a two-horse performance of 'Roman Riding', then join two of Australia's best trickriders in a series of daredevil stunts that will leave you gasping for breath. Our brilliant Sydney 2000 Opening Ceremony quadrille team has designed an all new and action packed 16-horse musical ride and Aussie favourite, TANIA KERNAGHAN, will be joined by top reining stars in a spinning and sliding country music romp.

Beautiful Senoritas in satins and silks on their white Spanish horses will perform an elegant dance with a magnificent Friesian partner, and riding stars from the hit movie "A Knights Tale" will captivate you with a jousting tournament in full medieval costume. MONTY ROBERTS The Man Who Listens to Horses

Monty Roberts identifies himself as "the man who listens to horses." Using his Join-Up* method involving kindness and communication, he can start a horse to saddle, bridle and rider in an average of 30 minutes.

Monty demonstrates Join-Up® by standing in the centre of an enclosed 50 foot round pen. In approximately 30 minutes Monty will have convinced the horse to approach him in the ring, stand in the center of the ring without being tied, and follow Monty around the pen without a lead rope or other restraint. Monty will then persuade the horse to allow a saddle and blanket on its back while it stands unrestrained, accept its first bridle, allow a rider to mount, and carry that rider in both directions around the pen.

Monty's method involves horse and trainer establishing a bond of communication and trust. "You must somehow understand that we as horsemen can do very little to teach the horse. What we can do is to create an environment in which he can learn", explains Monty.

The message of Join-Up® and "advance and retreat" goes well beyond horses. The lesson is also about philosophies of communication. Monty has consulted with several corporations, translating his theories about rewarding positive behavior. He puts on corporate communication events, using the horse as a model, and teaches people how much more can be accomplished with kindness and non-confrontational behavior-shaping techniques, than can be accomplished with harshness
and aggression.
