Walford College Top calibre horse promises Top calibre equestrian items are among the promises in one of the first online promise auctions in the UK. Shropshire’s Walford College Jubilee Appeal has organised the auction to raise funds for a new IT unit and library, with all items open to online bids prior to the lunch and auction on Sunday, June 11. Says College Principal, Ken Dann, "We have some tremendous equestrian items, including a Charles Owen Show-jumper 2000 riding hat, subscription to Horse Magazine, hunting with several Shropshire hunts, a year’s subscription with the British Horse Society and a day out to Olympia Horse Show."
