WOOF DRESSAGE RANKINGS WINNERS

Emile Faurie, from Oxfordshire, has won the Woof Grand Prix rankings 2001 with 200 points and Jane Bredin, from Wiltshire, has won the Woof Small Tour Rankings with 185 points.

It was tight at the top in the Grand Prix Rankings but a strong performance at the Mercedes-Benz National Dressage Championships 2001 kept Emile in premier position, ahead of the best of the rest - Richard Davison with 192 points and Laura Richardson with 183 points.

Emile also finished third in the Small Tour Rankings, but Jane Bredin had built a considerable lead. Last minute success at Saumur CDI in France served to cement her position at the top and she finished 60 points clear of second placed Carl Hester.

Both riders will be asked to perform their Freestyle to Music tests at the Horse & Hound Winter Dressage Championships, 3rd - 7th April 2002 at Solihull Riding Club, where they will be presented with prize money, rosettes and sashes by Rankings sponsors Woof Wear.
