Wild Heart Ranch Inc. Announces Linda Mancuso, Guy McCarter and Robert Trow as Additions to the Board Of Directors

August 3, 2001, Point Roberts, WA, - Wild Heart Ranch Inc, an entertainment and toy company is pleased to announce the appointments of three new Directors to the Board, including Ms. Linda Mancuso, COO of Peter Engel Productions; Mr. Guy McCarter, Director of Entertainment Marketing of OMD USA; and Mr. Robert Trow, Chairman and CEO of Seafood USA. The Company has attracted three prominent Board members representing the children's/teen television market, entertainment marketing /advertising, and executive management and board consultation.

The Company's current property, the "No More Night Mares" line of toys and content is currently being developed for television and mass retail. The company is currently expanding its board and management team to reflect the direction of the Company.

The Company has complimented and increased its Board with consultation from its strategic partner, Mandalay Sports Entertainment (MSE). New Directors Linda Mancuso and Guy McCarter are both industry contacts and direct referrals from MSE. "Our strategy is to help position Wild Heart and its properties in the children's entertainment market, building the brand and driving product sales. Associations with top people is a key factor in this industry," said MSE Executive Jason Hervey.

Ms. Linda Mancuso offers the Company's Board extensive experience and background in the television entertainment industry. She is currently Chief Operating Officer of Peter Engel Productions, a leader in Teen Television with its successful "Saved By The Bell" show. She reports to Peter Engel, Chairman, Peter Engel Productions and assumes day-to-day responsibilities in the company's operations alongside Engel as part of a strategic expansion of its entertainment product line. Ms. Mancuso also oversees Beyond Talent Management, another arm of the company, which represents film & T.V.

Since its inception, Peter Engel Productions has rapidly grown into the leading supplier of teen-oriented television programming. The Peter Engel trademark continues to deliver solid viewership in the U.S. markets and internationally. Programming includes Saved By the Bell, City Guys, Hang Time, One World, Maibu.ca, All About Us, USA High and California Dreams. Peter Engel Productions is a subsidiary of NBC Enterprises, responsible for global distribution of NBC product.

Ms. Mancuso previously served as Vice President of Primetime Series and a member of the entertainment primetime series team at NBC since 1994, helping to oversee the production of the hit drama and multi-Emmy Award-winning "ER," as well as comedy series, family specials, and the Saturday morning teen lineup.

Mr. Guy McCarter brings years of entertainment marketing and advertising experience to the Board. Mr. McCarter is currently the Director of Entertainment Marketing at OMD USA. OMD USA is Omnicom's media services company that handles media strategy and execution for the clients of BBDO, DDB and TBWA/Chiat Day.

Mr. McCarter evaluates and executes a wide range of entertainment-related opportunities on behalf of OMD's clients, including integrated sponsorships, client-funded programming ventures, event sponsorships, feature film cross-promotions and added-value opportunities in television. In 1997, he became the first two-time winner of Media week's "Creative Media Award" for both TV and New Media categories.

Mr. Robert Trow has an industry background that includes Executive management experience and consultation, as well as an impressive academic background in key executive administrative roles. Mr. Robert Trow is an experienced CEO, COO and consultant with proven expertise in: developing and managing profitable businesses, strategic planning, business development, acquisitions, mergers, corporate start-ups, organizational development, supply chain management and logistics, executive compensation, succession planning, senior management mentoring and board development. He is currently CEO and Chairman of Seafood USA, with previous management experience including: UNICCO Service Company, Boston, MA; Corporate Vice President & President, Mid-Atlantic Division, Lesley University, Cambridge, MA; Vice President of the University and Professor, Vice President for Administration and Finance, Stockton State College, Pomona, NJ; Vice President for Finance and Administration and Professor Director of Planning and Development and other prominent academic positions. His education includes: Harvard University, Cambridge, MA; Ed. D. (ABD) Administration, Planning and Social Policy, Harvard University; Ed. M., Administration, Planning and Social Policy, 1991, Harvard University; I.E.M., 1985, Long Island University, Long Island, NY; M.S., Counseling Psychology, 1970, Hartwick College; Oneonta, NYB.A. History, 1967.
