Equine Welfare Centre Open Day Cancelled

An Open Day to launch a new Nature Trail at an Equine Welfare Centre near Hoarwithy, Herefordshire, on Sunday September 2nd has had to be cancelled.

Comments Janet Dale, Head Groom at ILPH (International League for the Protection of Horses) Glenda Spooner Farm, "Due to all the bad weather we have had this year on top of foot and mouth disease, we just haven't been able to get the Nature Trail finished as we had hoped, so we have had to cancel the Open Day.

"We are sorry to disappoint all of our supporters, but we hope to have the Trail ready by late Spring next year when they will be able to come and walk it," she added.
