Piergiorgio Bucci wins the McDonald's prize

The italian rider Piergiorgio Bucci has prevailed in the second competition of the first day at the 6th Challenge Vincenzo Muccioli which opended today at san Patrrignano (Rimini). His debut at the international show-jumping hosted in the community could hardly have been better: in a class against the clock aboard his 9 years old grey, White King, the italian turned out as first thanks to a faultless course with a time of 56.05. The famous Swiss rider Markus Fuchs on Edza de St Denise,had to put up with the second place with a faultless course as well and a time of 56.72. The third place went to the German Heinrich-Hermann Engemann aboard candela NRW. The italian team's satisfaction for Bucci's success has been completed by the fifth place achieved by the "azzurro" Jerry Smit, capable of yet another faultless course with a time of 62.09
