The American Horse Shows Association (AHSA) announced today there will be live audio webcast available of its Board of Directors meeting to be held at the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort, Lexington, KY on July 10, 2001, 12 Noon (ET). The webcast can be reached by visiting the AHSA web site at <http://www.ahsa.org/bodmeet.asp> and clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.

Media representatives who wish to participate in the meeting and cannot attend in person may arrange for access to a special, accredited-media-only toll-free conference call by requesting a media credentials form from the AHSA Communications Director via email at cstafford@ahsa.org or by telephoneat (859) 225 6923.

Communications on (859) 225 6923 or via email at The American Horse Shows Association, as the National Equestrian Federation of the U.S., is the regulatory body for the Olympic and World Championship sports of dressage, driving, endurance, eventing, reining, show jumping, and vaulting, as well as 19 other breeds and disciplines of equestrian competition. As the country's largest multi-breed organization, the AHSA has over 70,000 members and recognizes more than 2,600 competitions nationwide each year. It governs all aspects of competition, including educating and licensing all judges, stewards, and technical delegates who officiate at these shows.
