Rockin’Horse Productions Announces Media Relations Appointment

March 30, 2004 (ALBANY, NY) – Susan Kayne Omnimedia, LLC (SKO, LLC), today announced the appointment of Anya Frost of Troy, New York, as its media and public relations specialist for rockin’horse productions, a unit of SKO, LLC.

Frost has a background in various aspects of communications including more than six years of experience in public relations. She previously served as External Affairs Manager for Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries in Boston, as well as Deputy Director of Public Affairs for the New York State Thruway Authority/Canal Corporation in Albany. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Russell Sage College in Troy.

“I am delighted to have Anya oversee the public relations for rockin’horse productions,” said Susan Kayne, the company’s creator. “It is one of the most critical roles in our pioneering effort to promote equine sports and introduce the beauty, magic and excitement of events such as horse racing to homes throughout America.”

rockin’horse productions is an Albany-based, multi-media production company. Last year, it produced the television series, Unbridled, a thorough, behind-the-scenes look at all it takes to make a horse a champion, from foal to finish line. In January, Unbridled earned the 2003 Broadcast Media Excellence Award from the US Equestrian Federation, an organization of more than 85,000 members from the equine industry. A new season of the program will air on Horse TV from April through November 2004 and on WRGB-TV 6 during the Saratoga racing season.

“With Anya on board, I can place more of my focus on the creative aspects of Unbridled and broaden the scope of the program,” said Kayne. “I am looking forward to another exciting season. Last year’s success has earned us the support of many new sponsors that have not previously tapped into the growing popularity of equine sports or used television to reach their target audience.”
