"They're off" prompts a vast roar from the stands and the waiting is over as the runners for the Supreme Novices Hurdle charge towards the first. The second race, the Irish Independent Arkle Chase, is the two-mile Championship for novices and then all eyes are on the contenders for the Smurfit Champion Hurdle. All being well, Rooster Booster will be bidding for back-to-back titles against the best British, Irish, and French racers. Three more top class races complete a brilliant occasion. Return to Hotel, stopping for Dinner (included).

Day 5 (March 17th) After breakfast at hotel (included), coach to Cheltenham. The Queen Mother Champion Chase attracts the World's fastest steeplechasers and will be won through a touch of genius or bravery. The Royal & Sun Alliance Hurdle and Chase are the Championship events for novices and the Coral Cup provides the ultimate test for punters. The program also includes the race that started this whole event, the National Hunt Chase and the Weatherbys Festival Bumper that could see a top Flat jockey making a rare appearance at Cheltenham. Return to Hotel, stopping for dinner (included).

Day 6 (March 18th) After breakfast at the hotel (included), coach to Cheltenham for final day of 2004 festival meeting. Forty years on from the day Arkle sprinted away from Mill House to win his first of three titles, Best Mate could be welcomed back to the winner's enclosure having equaled that record. A great deal needs to be achieved before that moment with leading contenders queuing up to be crowned champion. The prospect is truly compelling and the Tote Cheltenham Gold Cup is just one of the seven brilliant races on the card.
